2.How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by product and partner brand, but most orders arrive within 5–10 working days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your item is shipped..

3.What happens if my item arrives damaged??

We’ll make it right. Just contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with the brand’s policy.

4.Can I return items if I change my mind?

Yes—returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition. Return shipping may apply, depending on the brand.
